M3 Cluster Retrofit - props to Dan B.
Got my m3 cluster retrofitted today and wanted to give Dan B. a shoutout for the fast turnaround time with the coding and shipment back to me. Literally took less than one week turnaround and that's with the holidays inbetween. Was such an easy transaction I shipped him the cluster, gave him my cars info (vin, mileage, etc) and he sent it back to me he same day he received it. He even shipped me a kcan cable and offered remote coding if any errors arose once I installed it. Well I installed it today and had no errors whatsoever. Everything works perfectly as intended and looks great. PM me for his details if you wish to have your m3 cluster coded as well.

No issues putting same mileage on and no dot between mileage and trip? Wow.
Clean install. Details on turnaround? Are you an early build 07? Cost? |

random question:
is the OEM M3 cluster not suppose to be that bright? i had this mod done at least a year or two back, and felt as if the backlight was always a bit dull compared to stock. i don't know if this was a retrofit, coding, or personal cluster issue. i already adjusted the interior light brightness to its maximum but still seems pretty low to me.

Very Nice, I talked to Dan a couple of times and this is next on my to do list.
RPM(dynamic) is kinda high at warm start, it doesn't go any lower than that ? |

Wow, looks good.
And you lied your mileage and trip are exactly the same, so you either went for a really, really short drive or you're a LIAR! Jk man, congrats. |

Haha you missed the time stamp lol.the evening shot was last night after I got home while the car was still warm and the morning shot was the following morning cold start. Hence no additional mileage lol

Do the shift lights come on when you reach closer to redline?

Lights get signal from DCT tranny. No way to get them to work even thru coding. Only way they will work is if you have DCT

Cluster looks good
It really does make a great improvement on the car interior. I have the same cluster, purchased thru Dan, but I also had him do the center LCD color change mod from the orange, to blue/white.
