A seller offered his sports package + navi + sunroof mentioned above at $11,000 @ 110k miles. What should be my offer?

The drive was great. Valve cover gasket beginning to leak. Oil pan gasket seems to be leaking too. Water pump/Thermo has'n't been changed yet.

The condition of the vehicle itself for 2006 is very good/pristine both inside out except a small ding in front bumper. Looking to make a cash deal by the weekend. Hoping for some quick responds to help my decision.
