Did I void warranty?

I need to schedule for an oil change soon. I leased a 2007 328i around October. I'm at the 6k mark on my odo, and I was planning to get an oil change soon. So far, I added blacklines, and chrome exhaust tips. Does these 2 parts affect my warranty ? Should I take these two off before I take my car in for the maintenance

Nope, unless the dealer can find a direct link between any aftermarket part you put on and something faulty you may find later down the road, they can't void your warranty.
