Chrome wheel style 197

Hi everyone,
I just picked up a one-year old BMW 328ci. Mine is fully loaded except navigation. Has anyone ever seen these chrome style 197 wheels? Are they originally from BMW? Because I think I had never seen one like this, usually style 197 has silver color on it. I'll post more pictures later on, but for now, Here's my wheel.

It was probably chromed by the previous owner. BMW does not make that wheel in a chrome finish.

first time i've seen chrome 197's.

i have a set of style 197's on my e90. they're silver.

the previous owner or dealer probably got them chromed.

Reviving an old thread.. but I wonder how these would look on jet black..
Too flashy? I wonder what they would look like in gunmetal or hyperblack

You guys are all wrong, BMW *DOES* sell brand new cars with chrome stock wheels including the Style 189, 197, and 230's. It's just very rare.. So to answer your question your wheels are perfectly normal I've seen plenty like.
