Hey guys,

Recently met up with a friend who bought a brand new C63S. The thing is a real beast, one of the fastest cars I've raced. The TT v8 put down 491 to the wheels stock so I guess Mercedes really underrated this car. Did some amateur runs in Mexico with two crude(sorry) videos. It seems like it literally came down to whoever spooled up first.


Race 1: C63S got a good jump

Race 2: 335i got a good jump

Would you mind sharing your current FBO setup? :')

As for the topic at hand, that's awesome! In a straight line, AMG's have generally always had the upper hand (stock for stock).

I love seeing videos of our 335i's putting in work against high WHP cars, especially since I'm assuming you're on stock snails.

That Benz is one tune away at almost a 130 trap . No 335i unless its a single or a maxed out hybrids is going to do that . And you can do that eating Pringles all the way down the track !

Haha my current set up, believe it or not, is just: Jb4 map 5, DCI, 3inch*********, walbro 255, 8 gallons of e85 rest 91 octane. Everything else stock. For some reason my car makes way more power than expected w/ just those mods.

Imagine if u were fully FBO with a proper custom tune or backend flash with that e85 you probably would have walked him

I have a buddy with an '09 C63 AMG. He believes it's the quickest car in the world. He'll only race from a roll as he gets NO TRACTION off the line. The AMG V8's sound amazing, but I don't think M-B does a good job of managing the power.

That's what I was thinking.
All this torque and its impossible to put it down off the line.
If people could cut 1.5 or lower 60ft times these cars would post some pretty good 1/4 mile times.
