Too slow spooling stock turbo's ? Plz help (logs included)

Hey,

I am trying to solve this problem.
I think my stock turbo's are spooling to slow, and throttle response is "laggy" too.

Bmw laggy rattle fix should be removed because i am running a Stage II map from MHD flasher, wich overwrites thee Waste gate tables.

What could be the cause. ? when i see healty logs stock turbo's hit 15 ish psi around 2500 rpm.

i am thinking vacuum lines or a boost solenoid ?
Can a failing boost solenoid cause slow spooling ?
I am runnig a forge FMIC wich uses stock couplers and er charge pipe wich seem to bee seated quite fine? so I hope these connections are ok .
