Are these two Chevron Techron products the same?

I realize one is 20oz vs 12oz but are they the same thing? The first bottle is what many people on the forums recommend, and it says something about being synthetic. The second bottle has no such wording.

How would I know if it's the main ingredient? Do they list it like food products, as in the order dictates the amount? Thanks

2nd bottle will have the most detergent in it , and on the back it will list the main ingredients
