Please help me diagnose my cyl 6 misfire at high rpms upshift, log inside

Please help me.. Giving me heading..
Shall i increase my boost shift redux to 80? And lower my dwp to default 60? Currently its 80dwp. Plugs and coils are new. Only getting 29d2 code
