Car starts great warm, then sounds appears and get worst when accelerated. No lights on or code seems to appear.

There was a thread recently where someone had the same sound and it wasn't internal to the engine, it ended up being external.

I don't recall what the outcome was though, keep searching the forums and see if you can find it.

I would replace serpentine belt and maybe the chain tensioner. Its pretty cheap n who knows it might help. https://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E92-33....0L/ES2562549/

Put the car on a lift and remove the under tray and try to track the sound

Does the sound change when you turn on/off the aircon? If so, then it's very likely your serpentine. Also replace the belt tensioner while you're in there.

Does it get worse when you rev at standstill in park/neutral? If so, then it could be deeper problems.
