Hello everyone,

We are finalizing all the details for the 2016 Bimmer Challenge Series and it's shaping up to be the best season yet! For those not familiar with Bimmer Challenge, this is a BMW specific time trial series hosted by www.speedventures.com in CA and AZ. Bimmer Challenge will be maintained by myself, Ali (Dixis18) and Elie (BlueDrift).

This year we're working really hard on getting solid sponsors for the series as well as trophies. The point of this thread is to build awareness and engagement of the series. Feel free to ask questions or suggest changes.

2016 Bimmer Challenge Competition Form

You can find your Bimmer Challenge classing by going to the 2016 Bimmer Challenge Rules and selecting your chassis' base points. For example, my E46 M3 = 3 base points. I would start at +3 points then add up any points from modifications my car has which are listed on Section 3 of link. Once you total up your points you can find your class listing below from B5 to B1.

Classing:

B-1: = 14.0 points or more

B-2: = 10.0-13.9 points

B-3: = 6.0-9.9 points

B-4: = 2.0-5.9 points

B-5: = less than 2.0 points

Man, with rules like these, a well thought out 335i will be almost as fast as the F8x without the score penalty. Wish I am in Cali for this.
