06 + E9x xi / x- drive automatic with <90k miles

Need a daily / commuter / train station / keep miles off of my other car... car

Clean title a must. I prefer no accidents but if you were in a minor fender bender or went through insurance for scratches and the like, that is OK but I'd like pictures and receipts to show it was simply aesthetic... mods OK

For example, I am looking at a few 07 328xi with ~75k for $9k and a couple 06 325xi with ~75k for about $8500... (local craigslist)
Dealer pricing in my area for similar cars is closer to $10k

I live in Westchester NY
