Error Code 2E85 - Water Pump
When I was scanning the car today, I saw this code:
 I did clear it, and will check in a week or so to see if it came back. Should I be concerned? Should I look in to getting the water pump replaced soon? It has never been changed... |

I wouldn't worry about it unless it comes back.
How many miles on your pump now? Might be worthwhile to buy a spare just in case. You're going to need it at some point.

Yep, I would buy a space pump, thermostat, and coolant for when it does happen. If it never fails then you can sell the pump since there will always be a market for them.
