Rattling sound from engine?

I have this rattling sound from the engine that goes away after the engine is warmed up. Basically on a cold start it will rattle until the engine is really warmed up . It sounds like it is coming from under the valve cover. It sounds like the valves need to be adjusted but from what I understand our motors don't have adjustments for the valves? Thanks in advance for any info.

To be honest the sound you have is different than that of a lifter ticking sound.

Actually it sounds EXACTLY like this video in person. Must be the quality from my phone.
