E90 OEM BMW Sirius Satellite Radio Module
Just removed from my girlfriend's 2006 325xi, I have an OEM Sirius Satellite Radio Module, part # is 65126987545. From what I understand, there are lots of different units for E90s based on build dates - I have no idea what will and will not fit in your car. All I know is that the date stamped on the actual unit says July 24, 2006, so I'm assuming that's the build date of the unit. The car it was installed in was produced in 3/06. Check the part # against your car's build or call your dealer, please don't ask me if it will fit because I have no clue. I do know it won't fit in her new 335i so we have to get a new one. List is $495 - Circle BMW sells for $415 + shipping. I'll take $325 shipped. PM if interested. (I also have the mounting bracket, not shown in photos). What's the point of your post? To point out that MSRP is $396 ($20 more than what I saw from Circle BMW) from some other unknown online source or that the part # was superseded? If you're interested in the unit, PM me - if not, why post?

[QUOTE=AoshichanX;2391189]
Please explain. QUOTE] i just found it a bit rude to completely hijack this guys thread. In no way was he attempting to "screw' someone by ripping them off and i beleive you took it upon yourself to attempt to point that out by posting similar products from other places. I beleive i have seen this from you before and i am not going to go look through all your posts to start proving that. i was making a statement based on my own personal opinion which was not affecting the OP in any harmful way. Everyone should have the right to sell their products at a price they determine for themselves and people should just leave them alone if they are not interested. |

I will have to check if it will work in my car

Besides hooking it up, you actually have to move over a few jumpers. Even after all that you have to bring it to BMW to have the computer reprogrammed to recognize it. Then after that you can call sirius and have it activated. I got a year free with mine.

Sorry to change the topic but can someone PM me instructions on how to remove it and re-wire the fiber optic cables so I don't get errors? If I just remove the module, my TCU stops working.
