Injectors and HPFP
Hey guys,
I had a single injector replaced about 120miles back because it failed, spray fuel everywhere and left the car dead on the street. I paid an indy to do the work. It's been running fine, but the Service Engine Soon is back on. I removed my Cobb, so I can't read codes at the moment... Does replacing all 5 remaining injectors make sense at this point? ($215 each on amazon, plus $11 each for decouplers. What about the HPFP? I had my HPFP replaced in 2010, would that one still be covered under the 10 year/120K mile warranty?

You need to check the light first. If it's a misfire you should replace the other 2 injectors on that bank i.e. 1-3 or 3-6 assuming the new injector is the updated version and the other ones are the old version.
Hfp is covered based on the miles of your car and year it was made. If it's within the 120/10 it's covered even if already replaced you'll probably have to pay the diagnosis for about 150 tho for them to test the fuel pressure |

Get codes before you dump a grand.

I pulled codes; they're all related to CATs, which is not a surprise as the stock tune doesn't know how to address the catted CPE DPs. I recall that being an issue when installed last year prior to tune adjustment. Thanks guys!
