e92 335ix H&R Sport Springs Alignment

Hey guys,

I've been researching my issue but can't seem to come up with an answer. I put a set of H&R sport springs on my stock shocks and the ride quality and the amount of lowering I got was great. However, getting it aligned has been an issue...the shops have a hard time not following what a computer tells them to do. Has anyone had a set up close to mine that can give me acceptable specs that I should have them follow?

I'm running the following:

-19x9.0" x2 +35 / 19x10.0" x 2 +38 Avant Garde M359 rims

-Brand New Continental Extremecontact 235/35/19 and 265/30/19

Below is a photo of the printout I was given at firestone. Any help would be appreciated.
