First post is a sale, not sure how to read into that =). What's the issue you're having?

I am getting a reduced power anytime my car either revs high or if I go over 80 mph.. Thought it would be a fix with a charge pipe change.

I logged 2 codes 0030FF and 0030FC most threads say that it will be the charge pipe on the car because they are plastic but that wasn't the case with me obviously. Haven't found a solution yet.

Search for vacuum hose leak. There are several that are right up top and easily replaceable. Get some 3.5mm tubing and replace them all.
