Muffler Delete Cabin Vibrations

Hey guys! I did a muffler delete on my 328i E92 and ever since I've got some serious vibration/rattling sounds coming from the back seat (middle console area) in the RPM range of about 1100-2000. I'm wondering if anyone has ever pinpointed the vibration location and if they have found a solution to it.

If not, I have heard that swapping out the resonators can help out in this situation. Is there any truth behind this?

Thanks guys!
Cheers!

If you still have the rubber exhaust hangers then put some rubber wine corks in there. It helps a bit. Make sure it isnt just stuff in the car vibrating, change on keys and aruff in my console will make some noise.

I'll check with the hangers! But there isn't anything in the consoles that is vibrating, I've checked for that multiple times! Sounds like it's coming from the center console itself from the back seat of my coupe! Not sure if there is an easy solution for it. If not, I might try changing out the resonators?

Bump! Want to get this issue sorted out! Will changing the resonators make a difference?

welcome to the sound of our people
I added a vibrant resonator to help drone, i'm not sure if it would help with your vibration though

Sounds like your exhaust tips are rubbing against your bumper. It happens to me at low rpm and when my car is on uneven surfaces.

Not the case unfortunately, I have yet to weld on the new pipe to replace where the OEM muffler was originally. So I currently have a 45 degree bent piece of piping directing the flow of exhaust down, about 2-3 feet from the rear of the car. Maybe once I get the rest of the exhaust welded on it will change the origin of the vibration waves and therefore might stop the in-cabin vibrations!

Exactly where it is coming from! Tried keeping it open, didn't work! Might end up trying to pull it apart and securing any pieces with even the slightest bits of movement!

Only other thing i could think of was finding some very thin adhesive backed felt to wrap the edges of the slider or turn the radio up..God speed man, interior rattles are torturous.

Tell me about it! Nothing makes me cringe more than hearing something vibrate like crazy from the inside of the cabin! I'll figure something out!
