Exhaust Options?
Hey guys, I have a 2011 335xi sedan msport, i've got catted ar downpipes I am going to be getting installed soon but wanted to also get an exhaust installed.
What exhaust systems will fit with my car and the ar catted downpipes? I was looking at: PE, Remus, Vanguard, and Dinan Not even sure any of those will work besides the PE which I know will work. Anyone local to Toronto/GTA can recommend where to buy these products? Thanks. |

Do one mod at a time. The downpipes will affect the sound and make it louder.
Yours are catted so the effect might not be as extreme, so recommend you try that for a while first. Get the PPK flash if you haven't already, if you like exhaust burbles and crackles. Also do that before you look at exhausts. PE + PPK combo with the N55 sounds... beautiful. I just had my exhaust modified yesterday to match the BMW PE (much cheaper than buying the actual PE if you find someone capable and willing to do it). I have stock catted downpipes. I met another guy at the shop who had catless DP, who had tried the same mod, and he said it was great when driving, but cold starts were so insanely loud he went back to the stock exhaust.
