Mysterious liquid near right front wheel

Occasionally, I found my car leaks when switching off the engine. The leaking position is somewhere beneath the main coolant container, close to right front wheel.

Then I stared the car and reverse a bit. I touched the liquid with finger, no smell, not hot, a bit sticky, no color. When the engine is running, it stop leaking. What it could be?

I don`t think its engine oil, because it does smell like oil. I don`t think its coolant, because car is hot, so coolant must be hot as well.

Could it be air conditioning water? Its winter here outside is 13 centigrade, I didn`t start up compressor, just vent.

Picture attached. Many thanks to any information.

Only thing that would come to my mind is power steering fluid. And being in Australia your pump is probably on the right hand side.
