BMW Dog cover (back seat) for E90

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
IT'S SOLD

I have a dog car cover for the back seat of E90. It's an original BMW accessory. I only used it once, and no longer have the car, so it's just laying around. Dog cover comes in 4 pieces - two side pieces for doors and two seat pieces that are zipped together (those split like 60/40). I paid the retail $320 (w/tax/shipping) 8 months ago. I will let it go for $150 w/shipping. The cover comes with a bag. The whole set is basically brand new.

so how do these work? you just slip these suckers onto the backseat? Are they pretty snug and could handle a rowdy dog? im interested since a new dog is actually gonna join the family soon. Just a present for my younger sister

Yes, basically you put the cover over the seats, and it attaches to headrests(back and front passenger headrests). The dog doesn't step on anything but cover in the car, not even on the floor in the back, floor is covered too. It's pretty neat how it's done. Also the two side covers go over the rear doors completely, so if dog puts his paws on the door, there is no damage. I have a 60lbs black lab and she's hypher as hell. No problems at all with the cover.

Yes, back in October or November I transferred the car over to someone. I thought I was going back to DC and was planning to buy another house in the meantime. But just got orders to Germany for 3yrs, so it kinda worked out good. I'm planning on picking up one there and I'm leaning toward e92 335i this time, but everytime I see that Montego Blue E90 w/M6 rims driving around Monterey (Autobot), it makes me want to get an E90. In Germany they have BMW Military Sales (no tax and some discount..heard up to 9%). I miss my car a lot though.

Yeah, I like how you modded your car. Why not a M3 instead of 335i?

Thanks, if I kept it blacklines and Mtech would be next, plus some drop. And that would be it. I don't know if I want to spend $13K more on M3, 335i is enough for me. I was also thinking of getting e36 m3 (321hp euro version) for the time being there in Germany. We'll see.
