Just took my 335d to 1st service. Any advice?

I know that BMW Service people are a little different breed then the normal service personell so: Any surprises or advice before I pick it up tonight?

Your going to get called/emailed by BMW to see how your service was. If you do not respond quickly then they keep calling/sending messages.

I had a service three weeks ago and never answered the questions. They call me every morning yet I am busy.

Its a good thing I guess though.

ok good to know. I wonder if they do that here in Europe. Europe is not so customer service oriented as the USA...
