I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I bought this ZHP short shift knob (with the M pattern) at leatherz.com a few years back. Feels great. Can't help you on the brake. Good luck.

^ Not an M-Sport shift knob.

M-Sport knob and handle have perforated leather and are OEM in M-Sport E9Xs.

I am in Lynnwood! And, I have not found one yet. It's been tough because I would have to sell my performance one and I would basically break even for what most people are trying to get with these.
