EOI: worlds quickest E9x

Just gonna put this up as an EOI. It's not ready for sale yet and wont be until it runs a 9 and looks beautiful. (4-6weeks)

if there are KM listed beside a part this is the KM on that item, as I built this car from the 3 135/335i cars I had and just used the healthiest parts of all of them.

Car:

2007 BMW E90 sedan
Sapphire black metallic
Carbon bonnet stock look
Carbon bootlid stock look
New genuine BMW badges front and rear
Gloss black grills
160odd km? I can't remember not that it matters.
Rolled rear fenders
LCI LED tail lights
pre-LCI xenon headlights

Suspension/brakes/drivetrain:
Stock 335i M front and rear struts/springs 41,000km
Stock arms and bushes 41,000km
Superpro rear subframe bushes
Stock 335i front brakes with new pads & sensors
Stock 328i rear calipers with E39 rotors with new pads and sensors
Stock 3.46 diff with locked centre. Largest stock BMW 335 axles
Stock tailshaft with new centre bearing
Modified front half tailshaft with cro-mo power glide yoke
E92 v brace to cradle mounts
JMS 17x4.5 -20 front runners with M&H radial 185/55R17 tires, 100% road legal front runners, feels very nice to drive fast.
JMS 15x8 +25 rear wheels with Mickey Thompson 275/50R15 ET street radials. 100% road legal and loss of traction is not a thing.
Front and rear wheels painted gloss black.
Front and rear stud and wheel nut conversion

Good stuff:
Bmw n54 engine 41,000km
Garrett GTW 3884-67mm turbo
Turbosmart 45mm wastegate with screamer pipe
Custom manifold suit single turbo
Custom 3.5" dump pipe and exhaust. Deep note. twin rear mufflers and 3.5" stainless tips
CNC block fittings and engine water outlet
New waterpump genuine
stock radiator 41,000km
stock condensor 41,000km
recently replaced aircon pump 22,000km
M4 coilpacks and NGK spark plugs 3000km
80lb siemens port injectors 6000km
Custom sheet metal plenum to suit Port injection, forward facing. coated black
Custom 8" stepped intercooler.
Custom piping to suit hotside
Custom piping to suit cold side with Tial bov and 4 bar map sensor
BMS JB4 boost control
custom MHD back end flash
100% E85 tune
AIC6 port injection controller
Fuel it stage 3 pump setup (twin walbro 460lph)
new HPFP 6000km
Serviced every 1500-2000km with genuine oil filter and castrol edge 10w60 oil.
Serpentine belt, power steering pulley and tensioners replaced. 6000km
New oil leaks, dramas, healthy happy engine with a good tune never run over 30psi.

GM poweglide with custom adaptor plate
Custom 4000rpm stall convertor
race clutches and bands, billet input shaft
billet stator tube
stock v8 gearset
deep pan
transbrake valve body
Transmission fluid new
Stainless transmission dipstick
Transmission temp sensor fitted

Inside stuff:
Stock black leather interior, with silver trim
iDrive (the early one, whatever it's called)
full working sat nav, bluetooth, aircon, stereo etc
full electric front seats
TCI outlaw black out shifter mounted in stock centre console
Billet transbrake button mount on shifter
Everything works as normal inside. Full interior car, quite often have 5 people in it and go racing or to the shops, no dramas.
Ice cold aircon

Notes:

This is a fun street car. It can quite comfortably drive to the track, run a number (a fast number) and drive home. it's not annoying or hard to drive

Only thing that doesn't work is the cruise control. I don't know exactly why as I haven't trouble shooted it too much, but I can only assume it's due to lack of clutch pedal input as it should work.

Traction control works perfectly, speedo reads correctly, all gauges work fine, it's responsive and the convertor sizing is spot on. It's a dream to drive around and still has plenty of time left in it ET wise if you have time to take it to the track and get some launches down.

It would benefit from some drag rear shocks to allow the rebound and compression to be set. But it 1.5's the 60 quite easily at the moment and believe me, it's enough to crack your back when it launches, not sure how much more you'd need!

I'm sure you all know the car, it has current QLD rego. and will come with standard QLD plates, prestige plates are not for sale with vehicle.

I plan on getting the carbon stuff painted and a few little trolley dints pulled and tidy the whole car up before sale, and I also plan on laying down a 9 second pass, at which time it will be the ONLY 9 second E9x in the world.

Price: $39,900

I don't know what a standard one is worth, but I know what I've spent on this one and believe me, you ain't building one this fast with much change left over from that figure.

No test pilots. It's insured for $55,000 through shannons but believe me, I don't feel like claiming because someone wants to have a test drive and puts it through a building.

I think it's fair price. I don't wanna ask 60k for a car I think is worth 40k lol. :P

This thing is an absolute beast to be in. If you have the money and want a fast bmw, come for a ride. It'll honestly change your life haha.

Hahha.
Its actually really easy to drive and barely tries to kill you at all. I could confidently let my missus or sister drive it without worrying.

Car is only as fast as the driver

I swear this is the only FS thread for a car that doesn't have the comment never been thrashed or tracked haha

Lol, this has been built to thrash!

I have great plans to push the envelope further in a newer shell, something full stripped with cage and chute and track only.

this is much too nice of a street car to be cutting it up!
