Hi all, I have a 135i 2013 n55 7speed dct. It has the f series ecu but on the e series engine and turbo setup, my question is if I buy a k-dcan cable and purchase the mhd monitoring pack will it still work on my car been the f series ecu, just so I can monitor what's going on mainly/logs etc thanks

A: got to http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select and enter the last 7 digits of your VIN in serial number. Click Browse parts the ENGINE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM and check both CONTROL UNITS > MEVD1726 section. If the it says "No parts found matching your car." you have a MEVD172 which is directly flashable.
