Can a 2008 335xi with catless downpipes pass Phoenix emissions?

I am in Canada and will be relocating to Phoenix (Scottsdale). I have a 2008 BMW 335xi with AR Catless downpipes and Proceed tune (which hides the fault code from the down pipes) among other mods. I am trying to decide if I should bring it with when I move.

What kind of emissions test would they do in Phoenix? ODB2 only or would they check exhaust gasses? What are the chances that I would pass an emissions test?
