Old version over bmw connected

Does anyone have a copy of the older version of bmw connectedfor the iPhone?
The version with the brown background in the icon. It has been removed from the app store.

You can't download it from uk or us App Store, however it's still available avaliable in other counties iTunes Store.

I'm sure I downloaded mine from the Bulgarian App Store last month. You will need to create a new iTunes account.
