Thumbs down Troubleshooting an AC issue

Hey guys,

Since yesterday, my AC stopped working. The only difference between having the AC turned on or not is that the air seems to blow better with the AC on. When I turn it off, the blower motor changes tone and doesn't work as well. Also when I press Max AC and then turn it off, the air doesn't come out as well anymore until the car is restarted.

I'm curious, do you guys think the issue could just be the blower motor? Or could this be the result of a bad fuse, compressor, or something else that is preventing the cold air from coming out? Not getting any codes.
