This products consists of two pieces. The first piece is the ProClip Center Mount item No. 853737. The second piece is the attachment to the center mount which is the Adjustable Holder designed specifically for iPhone 6S/6S Plus with case part number 511667.

Mine is 3M double-sided taped together. Very strong but easily and cleanly separates. The instructions say to drill, but I don't like drilling.

For the ProClip Center Mount, asking $25.00.

For the Adjustable iPhone 6S/6S Plus Holder, asking $30.00 + $5 shipping.
