Is the coupe getting a facelift with the 3 series saloon this year ?

No. That will be 2010 model year probably (September 2009) at the earliest,

If there are slight engine changes for more power or lower emissions it might get those.

Go to the dealers and see if you can order a September build coupe; you will find you can.

Then try a September build saloon or touring, and you will find you cannot.

That means only saloon and touring facelifts come out in September.
