ok who knows which insurance company is resbonsible for those dam pheasants
 i was driving along this evening when one flew straight up harrier jump jet style from the verge and obliterated my mirror it was in 3 peices on the road , but i managed to put the badly scratched plastic cover back on and reatatch the wires and clip the broken mirror glass back in place thankgod the motor still works !does anyone know where i can buy a left hand side mirror glass from, somewhere which is cheaper than the stealer ? i didnt used to call them stealers until went for the same reason a few years ago for a glass for my one series ... rediculous price  right im off hunting pheasant, wheres my shotgun

That sucks CD, you had a ganda round the Bay, you might find a good one there.

Sorry to hear about this Chris. Not sure you'll be able to find the glass 'non-stealer' on such a new car. Try 'find a part' on t'internet, but watch it as the first to ring you back are invariably the most expensive
What happened to the pheasant then? I got hit on the arm by one on my FZ750 years ago whilst riding through Stonegraves on the way to Malton. Pheasant was dead but I thought I'd broken my arm - nearly starting crying with the friggin' pain. |

Ebay is always worth a browse! - There are a lot of ebay knockers on here but if it saves you a few quid go for it!
