Hey Guys,

I am getting this code logged in Carly every couple hundred kms but no engine light.

If there is no engine light, then no issue right? Just wondering why it's being logged.

I got my Ontario Emissions test coming up and concerned if this error will cause the car to fail the emission test if there is no Check Engine Light?

My 335d is a 2009 with 206,300 Kms.

Looks like it's your NOx sensor. I believe there is 2 if I'm not mistaken.

A cheap place to start is to drain the old def and replace it with fresh stuff. Clean the def injector too (just soak the nozzle end in distilled water). Sorry, can't comment your upcoming emissions test.

Also check to see if bmw extended the NOx sensor warranties in CA. I believe they did in the US. You may get lucky 'cause they're not cheap. Good luck.
