Item Interest
Hey guys, I am selling my very slightly used, black, 6-ply RevMotoring brand silicone intake boot.

This "boot" connects the intake box/MAF sensor to the engine's throttle body in place of the OE "accordion-style" hose. The stock part does not have a "smooth" tube, and also has a sound deadening box attached to it. The results of this mod are a cleaner engine bay, a tiny bit of increased engine induction growl under throttle, and a dyno proven (by myself, personally, as well as at least one other user here) 5+ HP gain.

The reason I am selling is because I am going a different route with my intake setup now and no longer need this part. I've been using it for about 2 months and 1000 miles, probably less. I'd like to get $50 for the boot which includes shipping costs.

Thanks,
aM

Bump. PM's replied to.. sorry I was away for the weekend. Seems like $40 is the going rate for these, used, so I will take that.

Phyrexia, not exactly sure but I am going to experiment with a few ideas.

Cool, keep us posted in the NA forum. I've had some friends who've had poor experiences with Mishimoto, and I emailed the RevMotoring people and asked them why I should buy theirs instead of the Turner boot. Received no response at all, so bought the cheaper Turner boot, which seems to be very high quality.

Others seem to be very happy with the RM unit and for $40...sounds like a plan!
