Amp whine

Hello, today I was cleaning my car and noticed one of my amps is making a whining noise. The car was off and the amp turned on like it always does when I open a door. I’m using the technic harness. I have 2 amps, one is for a sub in trunk and the other is for the two underseat subs. The one for the underseat is the one making the noise. Also if I move the fuses that are attached to the amp the noise makes a wavy sound.

1) Remove Inputs from the amp. Is the noise still there when powered up.
If no then the noise is coming from the head unit or input wiring.
2)As a double blind test hook up some other source to the amp and see
if the noise is still present.

Which BMW audio system and which Technic Harness.

It still makes the noise with input rca unplugged. It’s logic 7. I’ll have to check and see which technic harness it is.

Check that your grounds are all tight and metal to metal.
