Question about Downpipes & NY inspection

Good afternoon

I’m planning on buying and installing DPs in my 2008 E93. Im either going with the VRSF or AA .

My question before I buy is , I live in NY so I want to know if it will pass inspection and if it doesn’t be what are ways around it to make it pass besides removing them everytime I need to take the inspection test

In NY state you will need dp fix to pass inspection. You can do a quick search on this site or google on n54 dp fix.
