So I scored:

Head unit
Screen
Center Console Dash (with Controller)
And what appears to be the entire wiring harness.

For $400! Woo!

Anyways, I need some help with what else I will need.

I know this stuff from a previous thread:

CID CAN/power connector to retrofit harnass to fit screen(61136954526) - $2.88 (dealer part)
CIC cable, connects to CID for video signal (61119185171) - $38.50 (dealer part)
USB Port (61319167196, superseded by 84109237656 ) - $26.50 (dealer part)
USB Port cable "cable for USB to glovebox" (61129196805) - $25.90 (dealer part)
CIC navigation voice emulator (Ebay) 78.76

I have heard mention of a combox, what is it for?
What is MULF/MULF2?
I have logic 7, will that warrant for anything special/extra?
How will I need to proceed with transferring sirius? Just move the subscription over to the esn number of the new head unit?
With everything above, will I be able to stream music via Bluetooth?

mulf2high is for bluetooth handsfree and usb audio functions with cic or ccc
combox is for bluetooth handsfree, bluetooth streaming, bmw apps and usb audio functions with cic
do you have bluetooth handsfree or usb in armrest now ?

Ah, so I already have the mulf2-hi Inuit, since I have Bluetooth, correct?

in US cars more often bluetooth combined with bmw assist and in that case TCU is installed
and only if you have 6FL (USB Audio) option too then Assist and Bluetooth will on TCU and 6FL will be on MULF2high

GOTCHA. Thanks! Sorry for the million questions. 10/10 shoulda read a little more before jumping into this.

I have everything except the coding cable, voice emulator, cid CAN adapter & cic cable( I have the whole wiring harness from the sellers donor vehicle, dunno if thats more trouble than just getting an adapter).

I've seen a couple telematic comboxes for grabs, and from what I gathered, that one encompasses the apps and bmw assist, correct? (sourced this info from m3post)

i do not think that bmw assist still works on old modules in US, so you may forget about it
same with cheap comboxes, because they are replaced by new, 3G versions for selected customers with active connected drive services
comboxes can be for e-series and f-series
