335D Walnut Blasting Wand Dimensions Needed

Hey Everyone,

So I want to walnut blast my engine next week and am having trouble getting the adapters and wands in Canada. Dealerships won't sell them to me here.

So I was wondering if someone could tell me the diameter of the wands so I could maybe just buy some pipe I could bend into the needed shapes.

I have been looking at the DIY's but none of them make their own. They always buy it from a store in the US etc... I figure I can rig up something with a Ridgid vacuum attachment to fit the ports, but not the wands without some dimensions.

So if anyone can give me the diameter of the pipes, their lengths etc... maybe I can figure something out.

Thanks.

I was more looking to just build my own. Shipping back and forth to Canada isn't cheap before next weekend.

I also messaged Bimmerhelp and he told me he doesn't have parts for the 335D unfortunately.

Anyone else?

Tubing is 8mm OD with a 1mm wall thickness. Here's a picture of one of the wands for the swirl ports hooked up to my 1/4 turn faucet valve that I slightly drilled out the bore on so that the tubing and ferrule from the bmw made wand would fit perfectly. If you are just bending the tubing, you can probably just use the ferrule that comes with the water valve and not have to modify the valve at all.

I have the oem wands, message me to remind me and I can get dimensions for you and photos this evening.
I am willing to lend them but they have been "adjusted" a few times now and each time they get adjusted/bent they get weaker and I believe they are going to break.
