Brand new in box, only taken out of box to inspect contents. Includes everything down to the hardware and stickers. This is the HD/high density version (sans stencil). Never installed or looked at the wrong way.

Not sure if the 7.5" has higher density fins, but I do know that it will need more cutting. The 7" will require only trimming. The 5" will require neither. My understanding is that the 7.5" is preferred for high HP single turbo applications and may introduce more lag in smaller turbo applications compared to the other two.
