VBRACE E90

Hi guys!
Im new on forum but i want to show you my little project!
VBRACE visual effects for my bmw E90!
I wanted to get the effect like F30 below.

I started with planning everything. I did not want to buy the original vbrace from f30, because I like budget project and diy!

2 pieces pvc pipes, 30cm, cut 45 degrees at the ends.

remove grill and first fitting.

Then painting in red cherry, fitting after paint, DIY air scoops and v brace.

Later I drilled holes in the central can, pvc pipe and little in plastic. and, of course zip ties

And the final product!

Nice to see creative ideas still coming to this platform after all this time!

I'm on the fence about the look, but it's unique for sure!

Hoping you don't get flamed too hard for "has no performance benefit" type comments.

Wow, we were just discussing this. Anyway, A for execution, but something else for usefulness. But cosmetic is cosmetic and in the eye of the beholder.

Credit from me comes with regards to the accents in and around the grill areas. Interesting idea and, without having extreme close-up pics, I think it was done well. Personally would have done a more body-color matching accent, but I'm boring like that.
