Hi,

I have seen on the web and this forum that many people have fitted e90 lci halogen headlights onto pre-lci e90s, however, can the reverse be done without issue....so fit pre-lci halogen headlights onto lci e90s.

The reason I ask is because I am looking to pick up some pre-lci halogens to mod with led projectors and orion angel eyes and fit onto my lci e90. I find that the modded pre-lci halogens look better than modded lci halogens.

Maybe code out the bulb check since the corners might be less draw (LEDs) than the pre-LCIs. But that's about all the trouble assuming you're going halogen to halogen or xenon to xenon. Not sure if the AHL module would trip anything if removed, but that's about it.
