Removing half shaft axles
What is the best way to get the Torx bolts loose on the differential flange? I have the car jacked up (both sides) since I’m replacing the rear wheel bearings. The problem I’m having is with both sides up the axles just spin in either direction when trying to unbolt the torx bolts. I was thinking of using a long extension and using an impact gun to get them loose.
Any other suggestions? |

When I did mine I just had someone hold the brake or used the E-brake to hold everything from spinning.
