Brake line plugs?

I'm planning to remove all 4 calipers and have them powder coated.

Any suggestions for plugging the system so the master and ABS pump don't gravity bleed out?

I used something like this purchased at autozone. Mine are the multi colored but I would splurge on the rubber ones if I were you, I feel like the rubber would seal even better:

Do you have access to INPA?

Worst case scenario you might have to bleed the DSC unit. Pretty easy if you know your way around INPA.

Plan on having to bleed the ABS & regular brake system.

INPA, Foxwell scanner, & ISTA D can all do that. ISTA D probably is the easiest to use and does the more though job. I recently helped s buddy use ISTA on his 335is, for the same thing; Job turned out perfect.

Erect a jack stand against the brake pedal (pushed down) and edge of the seat (use some rubber mat to prevent damage).
The crack one front bleeder, close it and one rear bleeder then close it to relieve the pressure you just built up. Recheck to make sure the jack stand is still against the pedal. Repeat if it fell off.

This will close the port in the master and you will lose very little fluid.

Found that out recently

Mind blown . All these years of rebleeding and putting buckets under brake lines to catch fluid
