Exclamation Help - V3 install - cable to relay confusion

Hi guys!

I'm installing V3 in my car right now and have a problem with my PnP wire. One cable to the relay was hanging loose when I recieved my kit. Where should this cable be connected?

Thanks
/Tobias

Top right in that image. Use some pliers to crimp the female terminal some so it has a tighter fit.

Exclamation

Thanks Scalbert

Now I have real problems...this is my situation:

My car runs perfect with bypass plugs.

I have tried Stage 0 non doomsday and Stage 0 doomsday, both limp at 10 PSI. The same thing happens with V3 beta map Stage 0. I get "half engine" light.

I still se 7 PSI with LIMP.

I bought a code reader but it doesn't seem to work; it says LAUNCH and count up to five with a paus between 3 and 4. Then it shows E and nothing more.

What can be wrong guys, all input is welcome as I'm at a guys place 200 miles from home...

Hi lawdude!

I have always uploaded the maps and firmware in the ZIP folders. Is it done when it says 100% and restarts?

When you load a map do you go to file -> open, or file -> load file?

No, Tobias has it correct. You just click file -> open and select the file.

I would agree that it might be the firmware or map thats creating this problem based on the bypass plugs working!

I've only used load file since V1 and never had a problem. I guess there's two ways.

This latest firmware wouldn't load for me either. It took a few tries.

Thanks for the great support guys, what a community!

I have firmware Series No. 103 Version Info 226. How can I see the name of my map just to confirm it is correct?

I never reach above 11 PSI on my RiX effects boost gauge.

Kyle,

I have followed the instructions on the Vishnu site. The strange thing is that my car behaves the same on all maps and firmwares.

Did you have V2 prior to this upgrade? If you went from V1 to V3 check solenoids because they should be back to stock!

What do u mean u never reach above 11 psi...does it mean that the car is working now? V3 working you should see about 11-13 psi in low rpms and 13-14 in higher rpms 5500 and tapers to 10 at redline with the high boost map

Den som väntar... check your power supply , a misstake there could also cause such a problem that you are describing

Bone stock I saw a maximum of 9 PSI, the maximum I have reached with V3 is 11 PSI before LIMP. The car does not really boost up as expected on any RPM.

I just did a few runs again, my car does never boost up above 10-11 PSI on any RPM. I also remowed the remote switch and it did no difference at all.
