side dash and vent removal
i am installing my boost gauge and just wondering the best way to remove the vent and side panel (drivers side) so i can get vacuum hose through.
do you need any special tools? |

Throw tape over a flat head and be gentle. once you get it a little then just use your fingers... For the vent, push from behind...

Use a plastic wedge tool or a plastic screw driver to pop it out.

You can follow the removal part of this DYI. Best way to do it is to insert two old credit cards, then stick a small flat screwdriver in between and ply. Once it is loose you can pull it straight out with your hand:
