Motor swapped but wont start and electical error

Old motor had rod bearing failure

New motor has 77k on it. I installed it and used the engine wiring harness from my old motor as the new motor came from an auto e92. I did not touch anything on the inside of my car, only the engine wiring harness.

Everything is plugged up and all bolts are torqued.

When I open the door I hear a chime and I see the red car inspection image on the dash. If the car is on but the ignition is off, I get the following errors:

A0B5

E5C4

A3AC
A3AD
A3AE
A3B9
A550

With the ignition on, I get the following errors:

A0B5
A118

E5C4

A3AC
A3AD
A3AE
A3B9
A550

E597
A8AE
A8AF
E59A
E599
E59C
E594

E717
E71A
E71B
E71C
E720

C90B
C918

What electrical error could be causing all of this? Also, my wipers come on as soon as turn on the ignition, I pulled the fuse for them for now. I hear what I think is the fuel pump when the ignition is on too.

I am confused.

I use my BT cable to get the codes and the BT cable cannot access the motor, fuel pump, and some other things.

Before all of this, the cable could read anything.

If the wipers are going crazy and you are getting codes like that, its most likely you do not have the pins to the DME connectors lined up properly. They are small and the plugs can be installed a hole off without noticing.

I checked all of the connections at the DME. They looked ok. I retorqued all of the grounds (DME, engine, and water pump). Still wont start, same electrical error.
