worn seat options
If anyone can chime in on there experiences with the route they took in fixing worn leather seats. I have a 06 330i with LEDER DAKOTA TERRA (LCB8) interior. The interior is practically like new except for the front sport seats. Rear seats are showroom new. From what I heard the replacement covers from BMW are quite expensive. I have contacted several upholstery shops in my area and no one wants to take the job; WTF....don't get why. Can anyone chime in on there experiences with this. thanks

I am looking for part numbers for the terra Dakota sport seats on my 330i e90. Does anyone know if the driver and passenger seats would be the same part number? It is very confusing when figuring out all the various part numbers listed for these seats. Any help would be appreciated.

I would start asking around your local salvage yards or find a online dismantler and try to get the seats from them

I have read good reviews about LSeats covers. It may be a challenging DIY, so maybe one of those shops would swap them if you supplied the covers.

I googled it and cannot find any reviews of these. I take it they are new covers for the seats; which I am looking for; and not covers that go over the existing seats. Hopefully someone can chime in on there experience with these.

Worn as in fading colour or rips, sagging bolsters etc.
You could just re-dye if its just losing colour. |

It took me a few seconds to find it as well but I did not post that I had a hard time finding the website; I said I could not find any reviews on it. Regardless thank you for the heads up on this site as I have never came across these.

Wow that is one hell of a find for $500. My back seats are mint and the passenger seat is still very nice; it's mainly my driver seat that needs to be re covered. Trying to find a mint single sport seat in Terra Dakota is proving to be a challenge. I may just try the purchasing the 2 front seats on the website above and see how hey turn out as far as quality and matching the factory color.

I would find another Upholstery Shop, I was quoted $300 to redo my Pleather drivers seat when I drove an E46. Otherwise, it will be a lot of searching online for parting out and salvaged parts.
