Where can I find tutorial to flash / update BMW software

I have a 2008 328i. Used INPA before to clear error code.
Could I use this software to make a software flash / upgrade?
Where can I found a tutorial for that.

The problem I have right now is the buzz from speakers, some says it is a software issue.

Hardware problems are much more likly.
You need to establish which sound system you have .
If you have a system that has and amp in the Trunk
first check to see there is no water in the amp area this
is a common problem.
You also might try just reseating the Head Unit connector.
You may need an ICOM cable to code anything.
