Quick Opinions on a 330i Lease pls !(and my numbers)

Hi All

Thank you in advance for checking out what Im looking / my numbers. This is what currently being offered for this specific 330i. I have done all my communication via email with this dealership, and am trying to see if I am overlooking anything (perhaps my monthly is more then it should be)

Your opinions are greatly appreciated!

2006 Sparkling Graphite 330i w/ Sport Package
(MSRP for reference)
330i Base Price: $36,600
Sport Package: $1,600
Destination: $695
Metallic Paint: $475

Totoal MSRP : $39,370

Negotiated Price: $37,000 (including MACO / Training / Destination)

Lease Terms: 36 Months ::15K Miles :: 62% Residual :: .00195 MF ::

(main concern)
Total Down: $2000
Total Monthly: $510.49

From my estimates (first time leasing) this is around where I should be based on the negotiated price, but I was hoping some experienced lease's could chime in. This is something I would be happy to take, but is there room for improvement?

Thanks either way!

UPDATE: According to This Lease Calculator i should be @ 477.76 including $625 Acq. Fee. and $378 DMV Fee... perhaps hes adding fees into the paperwork (which i dont see, will have to see when i go there)

This could be a reflection of tax, title/registration and/or other fees such as dealer processing (100) and aquisition (625-825). Still looks like a solid deal.

You shouldn't put $2000 down. Instead do MSD's (Multiple Security Deposits) with that money. That $2000 in MSD's will lower your payment about $20 per month by my calculation. It will push your payment below $500 and you can do 4 MSD's (4 x $500) and lower the money factor by .00028 (4 x .00007).

That $2000 "investment" will earn you roughly $700 tax free over three years (36 months).

I see, yes my calculationsa are off.

I have to correct:

MSRP (take outdest. for residual calc)
Acq Fee, Security Deposit, and First Payment up front.

Might be going in today to pick it up! very excited

Pulled the Trigger -> Cant explain how much happier I am with the 330i then the S40.

There apples and oranges, no comparison! Mckenna BMW in Norwalk was fast and easy. Made offer based on my calculations over the phone, drove in, signed, drove off! All in about 1 hour with detail / full tank / floor mats. Pacific BMW was my other choice for price, but I would have had to order the car I wanted. Mckenna had EXACT specs for me - i didnt want to wait the 7 weeks so I jumped on it.

Thanks for your help!

Could you explain the deal you got?

I'm wanting to buy your car's identical twin brother...

Also wanting to lease...

Thanks!
