Timing Pulls All 6 Cylinders Stock Cruising? [Datazap Log]
Hi guys,
My car is currently stock, monitoring via MHD I can see that all six cylinders are pulling timing. This is occurring during relatively gentle driving. Fuel is V Power 99 Ron The car has recently had the following done: 6 x new eldor coils 6 x new bosch spark plugs 3 x new index 12 v2 injectors 1 x new valve cover / gasket / screws The car is not throwing any codes / shadow codes Could anyone please advise? If it pulls that much timing during full throttle pulls then you have some problem, otherwise dont worry about it.

The stock map is ridiculous for timing correction. Disregard it. Also pay zero attention to cruising logs, dont bother with them aside to pin point a specific issue.
I had all kinds of corrections on stock map. I flashed mhd stage2+ and would only have minor if any corrections after the shift.

Looks fine to me.
Those corrections are extremely minor considering how outrageous the stock algorithm is for timing. Also makes healthy boost, my car never targeted more than 6.5psi in my factory logs. Of course it was also stone cold when i did that.

Log on MHD Stage 1+ V8.0

But I can see negative timing on timing cyl.1 crk * at -2.21 during the WOT pull, and -6 after the throttle had been let off What is the difference between these two? It looks great, pretty much as good as you can hope for in a log. It pulls timing on the shift because every OTS map will do that. It pulls timing when you let off because you arent wide open anymore and its correcting itself.
Do you have any codes now? You are logging low side fuel pressure sensor but the reading is 0. I suspect you have a bad sensor. Although if you did, it should have a code. Since you dont have an intercooler, keep an eye on intake temps(they get hot fast even on that short pull) on long pulls and get an upgraded fmic asap.

The car is a Z4, not sure if it has a different LFP sensor or such that MHD is not hooked in to. My last Z4 did not have any values for the LFP either. No codes / shadow codes. |

Hmmm. Might not, i'm not familiar with Z4s. Maybe same as an n55 setup which doesn't utilize one either.

its actually retrofit - it didnt come on N54s from the factory. At about the 3rd HP fuel pump revision they added it.
