Installation costs for suspension upgrades?

I have searched but was not able to find much out. What are prople paying for the installation of their suspension upgrades? I am in Arkansas and one independant foreign car shop quoted $323 to install front struts and springs, and $93.50 for the rear. I am going with Koni FSD and Eibach pro springs. I was also quoted $85 for front sway bar and $350 for rear. Then an additional $79.99 for the alignment.
The sway bar cost seems about right from what i have found out but, it seems kind of high for the struts and springs. I am not familiar with what is involved so I thought i would ask here.
Thanks

I paid $400 for rear sway bar and installation. My coilovers cost $280 to install. Springs should be around $200, $250 for shocks and springs.

Is that $250 for all four shocks and springs? If so then this $416.50 is way up there.

Check out the DIY section. I replaced my set with some HR Sports and it was pretty easy if you have a buddy that can help you.

Garage List
~200-250 for spring/shock install is the price to shoot for...over 400 sounds nuts to me, could get coils installed/adjusted for that amount

thanks for your answers. I found what looks like a good shop to do the work. The owner has 2 old BMWs he is restoring and everything in his office is BMW. The shop isnt much to look at but the owner knew without even looking that the rear would have to be dropped for the sway bar. $600 for the installs and then the alignment.
I feel more comfortable trusting the car to someone that actually is into BMWs
